Mediverse Company Limited (hereafter referred to as "the Company") requests all service users of this website to read the following Terms of Use Agreement carefully and thoroughly. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the user and the Company, applicable to the use of this website and the information contained herein.

Specific Use Agreement (Job Application)

The company wishes to inform all service users who want to apply to become part of the company's work team. For submitting job application documents, service users must send information only through the specified email, and not through other channels, except in cases where you have been contacted by the company's HR department or have previously applied for a job with the company through other channels. By sending information for the job application, you agree to allow the company to collect and use your personal information for assessing your suitability for employment with the company.

In case you wish to inquire about your personal information or wish to exercise your rights regarding your personal information as specified by law, you can inform the company by sending an email to hr@mediverse.co.th.

Linking to other Websites

The company may link this website to other websites that may not be under the company's control, solely to provide information that service users need and to facilitate service users. The company has no agreements or contracts with such other websites regarding your service user agreement with those websites, and if you access the company's website through a link from other websites, please note that the terms and conditions or agreements for using other websites will not apply to this company's website.

Linking to websites or systems of any service provider for downloading software, which the company provides solely to facilitate service users, the company will not be responsible or liable for any errors or malfunctions arising from or because of the software downloaded by the service user, under any circumstances. Please be aware that the use of software downloaded by the service user must comply with the terms and conditions of the relevant licensing agreement. If the service user fails to comply with such licensing agreement, they may be considered as infringing on the copyright or other intellectual property rights of the software provider. In such cases, the company will not be responsible for any damage incurred by the service user, under any circumstances. Please note that once the service user has connected to any such other websites, they must comply with the terms, conditions, and service policies of the websites they have visited.

Compensation for Damages

The service user agrees to compensate the company for any claims, losses, expenses, and any damages (including legal fees and court-related costs) that the company has to bear or that occur to the company as a result of the improper or inappropriate use of the company's website, or not in accordance with the terms of use of this website, by any other person using the service user's account number and/or personal secret code.

This website use agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and any disputes will be under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
