I provide this consent willingly, without coercion, and I am aware that I can withdraw this consent at any time unless there are legal limitations or existing agreements between me and the service provider that confer benefits upon me.

If I wish to withdraw my consent, I understand that doing so will terminate my identity verification status on the DOCDAO platform. I acknowledge that the withdrawal of consent will not affect the processing of personal data that has already been completed before the withdrawal.
